This show - named, you may
noted, in the same vaguely sub-cultural style as Tricky - was presented
by Jez Edwards and Chester the Chimp. Or was it Jarvis?
The set was based on a
desert island.
The puppeteer behind Jarvis
was Simon Buckley, who had performed a similar role under
the title of "Nobby's Stylist" on Ghost
Train.
Barry Ryan adds that Jez
Edwards "has since presented Record Breakers
and Planet Pop."
According to Philip Prise:
"Like most other ITV Saturday Shows this was very
poor and survived only because the BBC got bored of
producing programmes in the summer... The chimp was the
sole highlight of the programme, and this was one of
the best of the many shows that filled the gap between Motormouth
and SM:TV live."
